Default Reverse Voltage Converter Follow up

The CD Player (Marantz 52 MK II ) has arrived. I am using a radio
shack inverse converter 273-1411 40 watts and 273-1445 Multi adapter
plug. So far Buddy Holly sounds like he should and there is no fire.
So the proof is in the pudding that the frequency of the line voltage
is irrelevant.

The Marantz 52 is a superb sounding bitstream unit made in Belgium.
The transport will last forever unlike the more popular 63(SE) made in
Singapore. The scarcity of these gems makes the michegas of the
convertor etc. worthwhile
