Default Rail-to-rail opamp

I am looking for a rail-to-rail opamp to use as an input buffer for an
A/D converter. I plan to run the circuit on +5V, so the opamp would
probably need some overvoltage protection on the inputs.

Two types I have found so far are the TI/BB OPA337 and the ON-semi
MC33201. Are they good/bad for audio use? Are there other types I should
look at?

Best regards,
