Default Digital Editing - a Piece of Cake

Felt too much redundancy in this '60's James Brown (US Top 40) song, so I had to do two edits for a nice, typical, 2.5 minute song, from 3:22. Actually, I wanted to accelerate to the ending where a "Tim" is mentioned by James.. Believe it's Tim Drummond (RIP 2015), not credited to this song.

I just select what I want to remove (edit) and delete. If I fail (like with this song, created a pop noise), I (undo and) select a little more or little less until everything flows nicely. When do you know you created a great edit(s)? When YOU, the editor, forget where it's edited!!

I think people here wish to make things more complicated than they actually are.

Footnote:
I do my own "remastering". I do not call it remastering, like the rest of the herd, I call it digital audio restoration and/or enhancing! Why? Because these particular (stereo) songs will never, ever be "remastered".

Compare this to the fancy Japan CD, 1959 recording, issued 1961...

Nice filthy diatribe, Thekma. Why don't you ever quote properly? Is it
because you're just too ****ing stupid?

That's, "Bewildered" by James Brown (Billboard #40 1961 chart). One of my favorites, too! Note sure why it took years (recorded in '59) to release.
A "Live" recording on a two track tape. I know it's "Live", since I had to do a LOT of work on the audio, boosting, etc., and the tape hiss noise remains low.
From a Japanese CD album. Feared it would never be "remastered", so I took a stab at it.

One thing I admire about James Brown... even though the head of King Records criticize his recording, sometimes calling them a piece of crap, James was still grateful to him, since he gave James a chance.

Thank you JackA!

Nice stereo separation on both your edition
and on the original.

Glad you enjoyed, thank you. I was given permission to post another (favorite) R&B regional hit, in (premiere) stereo, with studio chat and extended ending. But, first, I must get it to "sound" correct. I have a predetermined idea what I want it to sound like, but accomplishing that goal is sometimes rough.

I'm not stopping anyone from answering, dumb****. And even with your
short-bus caps lock, you're still a dumb ****,

See what I post next time YOU a question...

Is that another impotent threat from the short-bus dumb****? After all
the whining and bellowing about f-bombs, I figure I still owe you a
few more reminders whenever you put your hypocrisy on display. Or to
be more concise ...

**** off, dumb****. Is that clear enough, dumb****?
