Default Xtant 202m / 95 Mustang / Sub help!

As a certified newbie in car audio, can someone tell me what would be
the best setup considering:

Someone gave me an Xtant 202m amp for free. I want to use it to put
"some" bass into my 95GT convertible (without spending $800 on a
stealthbox). I already have an alpine head unit with sub pre-outs.

What subs/enclosure can I hook this up to for the best sound? (I.e.
loud enough to hear, but not ****ty license plate rattling quality).

The amp specs confuse me

[50x2 @4oms, 100x2 @2ohms and 200 watts mono]

Is 50 at 4 ohms better quality that 100 at 2? Should I get one or two
subs in my enclosure? (I don't much care about trunk space).

Whatever, what should I match up to this amp for best (and economical)
results, I heard bazooka's sound ok in the convertible trunk, and fit
well..

Thanks in advance!
