I posted a week or two ago about finding self amplified speakers. After
kicking it around I decided to keep my Celestion Model 11's. Instead I
got rid of my AV receiver, plugged my DVD player and apple tv directly
into my tv, and bought an Advent model 300 integrated amp for the
speakers. I've opted for old school simplicity.

btw this is just for my living room, not my "listening room."
