Default Cleaning Up Clicks and Pops??

I've been busily recording old jazz records, mostly
78's and some 45 EPs, to the PC for burning on CDs.

These are old, old records, and despite lots of
cleaning and disc-washing, there are the inevitable
clicks and pops as the needle works across a myriad of
small surface imperfections.

I can clean these up a little with the Nero Wave Editor.

I'd really like to find some software that can recognize
the cyclical pattern of clicks and pops. Any suggestions?
