Default Need Help With Fisher 400 circuitry

I have a Fisher 400 Receiver (serial number 36290T), and I'm in the
process of adding 10 ohm resistors between the cathodes on the 7868
output tubes to ground. In the process of doing so, I found 2
resistors that are not in the schematic I got from the Fisherdoc in my
Resto-Pak. V15 has a 220 ohm (old carbon 10%) resistor 'tween pin 4
to ground. V17, on the other hand, has the same value/type resistor -
but between pins 5 and 3.

Are these original??
What is there purpose??
Should they stay - even when adding the cathode resistors?

Would Appreciate any help!
