Hello all. Can anyone tell me what the stock speaker size for the
front speakers in a 2006 Corolla S should be? I can see there are
6x9's in the back and tweeters in a pod of some sort adjacent to the
mirrors. Finding out whether the fronts are 5.25 or 6.5" is proving
difficult without physically opening the door panel.

I have the factory in-dash 6-disc changer. Is there an external
amplifier for this factory system or not? I'd like to add another
amplifier and change the front speakers, but I don't want to remove the
head unit as it I don't want to modify the vehicle too intensively. I
was curious if a low-level output exists coming from the factory radio.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
