so I'm not clear if the OP determined,
was his problem due to:

1) high frequency RFI from the cell tower
2) low frequency magnetic interference from nearby power equipment


I have never seen a passive dynamic mic susceptible to #1.
(The pre-amp it is connected to can be of course)
