Hi RATs

The header says it. The amp is the version that uses 7189 output
tubes. I picked it up for cheap and, stupid me, rebuilt the power
supply and replaced the coupling caps without checking the outputs.
I'm forming the caps right now, and I get B+ on three of the anode
leads, one dead one :-( Help me out here.
