mistaken.
It was the less-fully featured but otherwise excellent Cool Edit 2000 that
cost around $60. Unfortunately, it looks as if Adobe has withdrawn CE2000
from the market, leaving just the full-function CEP/Audition. However, this
is still a great value, IMO.
