record a few days of material is not a problem. The
problem is I can't find a device that will run for more
then 22 hours without changing the batteries.
All you need then is a device that will work off of an external battery
pack.
I'm sure they abound. For example, any device that receives power via a USB
cable can be used with relatively inexpenisve battery packs like this one:
