As most know, the nominal IQ of the United States is generally cited
as 98 (based on 2000 or so data), since it has declined from the
nominal index of 100 assigned to its population when the tests were
created.
But can this be true of Obamanation?
If there are 45 million Mestizos with an average IQ of 90;
If there are 45 million American-Blacks with an average IQ of 85;
and the balance of 210 million is White and Others with an average IQ
of 100:
((45 x 90) + (45 x 85) + (210 x 100)) / 300 = (3825 + 4050 + 21000) /
300 = 28875 / 300 = 96.25
In Richard Lynn's IQ and the Wealth of Nations, pp. 32-33, cognitive
capacities are described in five different ranges. The average range
is set at 91-110. Unfortunately, the average IQ of the United States
seems to have been slipping about 1 point every five years due to low
IQ mass immigration... by 2050, at this rate, the average American IQ
will be in the 88-89 range. (Lynn notes in a table on page 77 that the
average IQ in Mexico is 87.)
Lynn notes of the IQ range for 76-90: "These individuals in this IQ
band are trainable only for semi-skilled work. Some examples of such
as machine operators, welders, custodians ad food service workers."
A nation of what Huxley called in Brave New World "Deltas" will not
sustain a technological society."
