It is a good assumption that the managements of the respective
companies have a good idea they can get FCC approval. DOJ, another
matter, as you never know about them -- but the FCC will approve it or
they would not have pulled the trigger.


So what's going to happen to existing receivers? How many can (as was
planned from the start) receive both services? I'd hate to have one of those
millions of receivers and end up on the wrong half of the new combined
service.
