A college I work for recently installed a Roland s-1608/0816 snake system in a theatre. Normally we would run everything from the floor, but with this we can finally run sound from our control room. A snag we've reached is that we have two stands of stage lights with a pair of Stairville 405 DDS boxes connected to 2 Showtec lite-4 pro controllers.

My question is if it's possible to run the lights off of the Roland snake system? So far, no success in just plugging in and attempting to run straight from the s-1608. Everything is set up to run straight from the controllers to the lights, which works, but when attaching to the snake it doesn't.
