I'm still very confused - the item closed for $150 but you say
you sent him $1000? Now why would that be?? Why on earth
would you send this fellow almost ten times what you owed?
Maybe that's why he took off - he was LAUGHING!!!

Then you got a refund from Paypal for $150 - the price they
show as the closing price of the auction - sounds fair to me...
seems it's YOUR fault you paid ten times too much. Why blame
Paypal?

And you still hold the guy is a ripoff artist?
