This is what I've been doing till now.

I want to run soft synths and soft samplers on the PC. Then I could
buy a 8 tracks audiocard (RME?) with ADAT optical outputs and I
could
come back into the MAC via ADAT bridge into the MAC for mixing them
(plugins and other stuff)...
In your opinion can this be done or will I have huge problems with
sync? Or maybe there are problems I haven't thought about yet?
