Of course not. The retail prices are for dealers who have performed
professional services prior to sale; inspection and testing, and are
required by law to provide a warranty.

The lowest bluebook sales price is most appropriately used between private
sellers, where "caveat emptor" is the order of the day.

Scammers like drescher and Ted Rearend audio offer no services and yet
expect top dollar for their used crapola. Fat chance!
