Anyone heard of Haltron tubes?

Anybody knows the history of Haltron?


** Haltron are definitely "history".


Were they made by Brimar, Mullard?


** LOL.

Famous brand UK made valves were worth a lot more if NOT branded Haltron.

AFAIK, Haltron ( = Hall Electric Ltd ) imported crummy valves from
western Europe, mainly West Germany, an re-badged them.

Same sort of operation as other dodgy re-boxing operations like "Trigon"
and " Teonex".

The boxes were always labelled with "London England" or similar - because
that was were their warehouse was located.
