They are suggesting a separate area for that. Many moderated web based
sites have a separate section like a water cooler area. It works.


the very fact this is NOT moderated is why people can explore what
others think and feel
on a moderated forum if you think diffrent from a moderator you are
censored, so you want get rid of free flowing thoughts , just switch to
a moderated format, but be careful what you wish for, it may just come
true
