output device. Cost about $20. I'm sure if you knew the right search
terms you could find it on eBay, probably with a starting bid of $2.95

The cheapest "legitimate" one I can think of is the Edirol UA-1, now
the UA-1EX (street price $80) which is fancier than what you want.
