Listed Specifications for Guitar Speaker Frequency Range

If a frequency range is given without tolerances it is meaningless except
in that it tells you to avoid a vendor who gives fake numbers.
I own a pair of Mackie HR824's, and the listed frequency range is
39-20000Hz with a tolerance of ±1.5 dB. Is such a narrow tolerance
realistic / accurate below 60 Hz / above 12 KHz?
