Just for ****s-n-grins, swap both amps physically,
leaving everything else the same. This will
elimanate loads, wiring, etc. The Sherlock
Holmes ("After you've eliminated the...")
approach.

Then measure the DC resistance of your output
transformers and other esoteric-but-possible
failure modes. These guys are getting up
there in years.
