4-7591 output tubes, 3-12AX7 preamp tubes.

Works, but needs some help. Cosmetically fair, but chassis is bright and
front panel is good. Sold without the output tubes and preamp tubes. All
other tubes are included. The Output and Power Transformers are guaranteed
to work.
