Audacity has one.

but you will have to make all the fixes by hand.

Thanks, but I am finding Audition's NR to be the way to go. I just have
to be careful how I am applying it, making sure some of the original
hiss remains. I do want to keep it sounding as authentic as possible.
I'm just running out of time with 3 trial days left.

I did find Audacity's spectral editing tool though after reading your
recommendation. Just briefly toying with it, I am surprised by its
capability so that will be something I return to once Audition is out of
the picture. Thanks.
