If you read my explanation elsewhere in this thread, you will have
seen that Murphy's Law struck with a vengeance, taking out both the
supplied PC and the backup. Arny could have used my own laptop
for his presentation, but at the possible expense of the promised
recording. I explained what had happened, in the spirit of "the show
must go on," Arny said he would read from printouts of his Powerpoint
slide show, and we went ahead rather than keep the audience waiting
any longer.

I regret these two errors, of course, but please note that everything
else to do with the logistics of Arny Krueger's presentation in New
York appeared to go as planned.
