Unfortunately, you own a vehicle from the era where factory installed CD
players were horrible at reading recorded CDs.

The first thing I would suggest would be to try with some quality CD
media like Taiyo Yuden or Mitsui blanks. Next, record your discs at the
SLOWEST possible burn speed supported by your recorder. If that doesn't
solve your problem, your factory installed CD player is one of the many
that is horrible at playing recorded media.
