In nearly 9/10 cases, the above tool returns a LOWER 'DR' value for the CD vs the old MP3 download I'm replacing with tracks from the CD.

I.E. Some old MP3 of a Paul Davis song I bought off Amazon returns a DR value of 12 in Foobar, but both a WAV and MP3 ripped from a 1991 Cool Night CD shows DR-11!

What is going on here?
