What mics are you using?
I've been using AT4050's for vocals and room, 57's of course for
guitar and whatever, D112 on kick, NT-5's on overheads, AT4041's for
acoustic instruments.

Do you like the AT4041's? I'm thinking about buying another mic for
recording Greek bouzouki specifically. I was thinking about some of the
Rode mics....how does this one compare? I'm looking for a mic that can
reproduce the warmth, openness, and sweet highs without sounding brittle,
nasally, or choked. I'd like to find out what the guys in Greece are using,
but it's kind of hard to get a hold of some of them.....and they don't ALL
get a great sound....only the bigger studios.
