best be some native linux drivers for it or heads are gonna roll.

Linux would probably be the OS most likely to actually still have that
driver buried somewhere. Heck, there is a driver for Hercules mono
graphics in there somewhere. This is technology that's old enough to
vote! Don't anybody say that new versions of Linux forces you to
obsolete hardware!
