Then, go into the control panel and select the icon (line) with "Sound
Devices" or something similar in the title (depends on the operating

Don't think it will, much. Audio latency is pretty much a function of
the buffer size used in the soundcard's driver. (In this case, the
Samson mic is acting as it's own "soundcard".)

I hope I am wrong. But, from the information I can find, the Samson
does not appear to offer low-latency drivers. This doesn't mean that
it can't be used to make perfectly synchronised multi-track recordings
- we managed that or years before low-latency drivers were ever
available. But it DOES mean that direct input monitoring through
Cubase is a no-no.
