Would you still recommend any or all of those for a DVD-A
playback system that is 2-channel?


With the exception of the Chesky, I have not bothered to listen to any
of these in 2-channel. The Chesky is excellent in 2-channel but it's
hard for me to work up real enthusiasm for it when switching to the
MCH track is irresistible.
