{Admin] Change proposed to the Posting Guidelines

There is an ongoing discussion on a proposed change to the
inflammability part of the group guidelines:

Posts that have an offensive tone, that is, use rude, condescending,
or tactless language, or that are belittling or denigrating at all,
will be considered inflammable and returned to the author for
revision.

Discussion on this will be confined to the rahe-discuss email list.
If you have any comments to make on this suggestion, they will have
to be made via the list.
