Are there any general stereo equipment market guides availble,
covering all or most equipment by type, model and some specs and
features descriptions?

It's been a while since I shopped for stereo equipment, but I know
Stereo Review used to publish one. Have they published one this year?
Could anyone recommend anything more thorough?

Anything of this sort available on line?

Stereo Review's annual buyer's guide has morphed into SOUND & VISION
BUYER'S GUIDE. I have the 2003 issue, which says it was supposed to be
displayed until 03/18/03, so I guess it comes out in late fall.

try www.soundandvisionmag.com for further info.

Daniel: If you need more thorough knowledge of a particular product,
then search the web. I think by now that all or almost all makers have
web sites and/or are their products are described by web dealers.
